Det er en fleksibel ordning, hvor der kan tilkøbes ydelser, når jeres behov ændrer sig. Samtidigt kan I gøre brug af vores gode netværk af samarbejdspartnere, få tilbud på jeres abonnementsaftaler og få et forsikringstilbud uden at I er forpligtet til at at benytte tilbuddet.

Økonomisk overblik

Uanset hvilken type administration I ønsker på ejendommen, kan vi tilbyde jer at udarbejde et økonomisk overblik.

Ejendommen gennemgås af erfarne bygningssagkyndige, som udarbejder en 10 årig vedligeholdelsesplan. Dette sikrer jer en god prioritering af vedligeholdelsesopgaver på ejendommen og hjælper jer til at opretholde en god og velholdt ejendom. Hvis der skal udføres større vedligeholdelsesopgaver, hjælper vi jer hermed.

Med udgangspunkt i vedligeholdelsesplanen kombineret med kendskab til ejendommens daglige drift, kan I få et budget med fokus på likviditetsbehov og optimering af jeres drift på ejendommen.
